Set-up: Friday 9th September, 8.30am-12.30pm
Strike: Sunday 11th September. 4.00-6pm

Stall fee: £75. You need to pay this on submission of this form; there is a Pay Now button below, or you can alternatively pay by bank transfer to:

  • Name: Medieval Music in the Dales (your bank may prefer you to put my name as the account holder: Gillian Page)

  • Account number: 76639781

  • Sort code: 60-83-71

Accommodation. You're of course welcome to arrange your own accommodation (do it soon!) but we can offer:

  • camping on site - £20 per person, available for the four nights Thursday 8th September (arrive from 2pm) - Monday 12th September (leave by 11am). Camping Passes must be booked in advance via the Festival Box Office

  • a bed in shared self-catering accommodation. We do not have the Jonas Centre this year, so things have been a bit more complicated and I need to know NOW if you would like to book this as I have only limited space available. This is at the YHA at Grinton, about 5 miles away and is good comfortable accommodation in a lovely setting with full self-catering facilities. Cost is £200 per room and a room sleeps up to two people. Please note that at present I can only guarantee these rooms for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Thursday night bookings may become available but I cannot confirm this until nearer the time.

Please confirm as soon as possible what you would like to do about accommodation.

As usual, all instrument makers receive a Festival Pass, which allows you to attend all daytime concerts and talks and also workshops (these at extra charge), as well as hang out at the Tavern in the evening! You can also book for evening concerts. Workshops and evening concerts should be booked in advance through the Festival Box Office

Any questions, just get in touch.
